Fees for renewal Subscription Terms increase by five percent (5%) over the prior year’s fee unless Provider notifies Customer otherwise in writing at least 60 days before renewal.
Notwithstanding any other provision, fees are non-refundable after Provider delivers the activation key to Customer. Delivery of the activation key constitutes fulfillment of Provider’s delivery obligation under this Agreement.
Provider’s delivery obligation is fulfilled upon transmission of the activation key to Customer’s designated email address. Customer is responsible for maintaining access to that email address and for entering the key in the Product within the key’s validity period.
The Supply Chain & AI Threat Intelligence Platform (SCIP) is a Splunk application that ingests CycloneDX and SPDX Software Bills of Materials, correlates software components against vulnerability feeds (OSV, NVD, CISA KEV, EPSS), detects AI/LLM threats via MITRE ATLAS techniques, and provides compliance readiness assessments and gap analysis. The Product is installed on Customer’s Splunk deployment and operates entirely within Customer’s environment.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS." PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) CVE OR VULNERABILITY DATA IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE; (B) MITRE ATLAS DETECTION RULES WILL IDENTIFY ALL AI/LLM ATTACKS; (C) COMPLIANCE READINESS ASSESSMENTS WILL SATISFY ANY SPECIFIC AUDITOR, ASSESSOR, OR REGULATORY BODY; OR (D) THE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
